1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using TZRITAS services, purchasing our products, or engaging with our manufacturing solutions, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service or purchase our products.
2. Product Information & Availability
TZRITAS manufactures and supplies industrial cleaning equipment including car wash systems, floor cleaners, and foam sprayers. All product specifications, features, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
We strive to provide accurate product information, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, specifications, or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
Product certifications include CE, UL, FCC, RoHS, REACH, and Energy Star compliance where applicable.
3. Orders & Payment Terms
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. TZRITAS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for any reason.

4. Quality Warranty & Returns
TZRITAS provides comprehensive quality warranty coverage for all manufactured products:

Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or modifications not authorized by TZRITAS.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in TZRITAS products, including but not limited to patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and proprietary manufacturing processes, are owned by TZRITAS.
For OEM/ODM services, intellectual property arrangements will be specified in separate manufacturing agreements. Custom designs and tooling remain property of the respective parties as contractually agreed.
6. Limitation of Liability
TZRITAS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
This limitation applies to all causes of action, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
7. International Trade & Compliance
TZRITAS operates globally and complies with international trade regulations. All products meet relevant safety and environmental standards for their intended markets.
Customers are responsible for compliance with their local import regulations, customs duties, and safety requirements.
8. Modifications & Updates
TZRITAS reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notification to customers.
Continued use of our products or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
